Bison Chiles en Nogada

Delicious Mexican Chiles en Nogada (stuffed Chile peppers in walnut sauce) with a little twist- bison meat instead of pork or beef!


Poblano peppers are stuffed with a sweet and savory mixture made of ground Bison, onions, tomatoes, apples, peaches, candied pineapple, yellow raisins, slivered almonds, cinnamon, and Guatemalan all spice; topped with a creamy, cheesy walnut and sherry sauce, Pomegranate arils and parsley.
