Black Zebras & Muenster Cheese

Heirloom Black Zebra tomatoes from our garden (mixing both ripe and underripe tomatoes to get that tart/sweet/smoky flavor of Black Zebra) topped with olive oil, salt, pepper, Muenster Cheese and fresh lemon thyme, baked at 450 in the oven until cheese is melted. Simple and fresh!
