Chocolate Chili Deconstructed S'mores

Over low fire coals, slowly stir and melt a pan of marshmallows with a bit of butter, and mix in about 3/4 of a full bar of your choice of spicy dark chocolate (we got ours in a Mexican airport, a bar of chili spicy dark chocolate, but you could also use a Chuao Chocolatier Chocolate Bar Firecracker 60% Cacao- and probably be even better because of the popping aspect!) Add snapped graham crackers and serve to the crowd.
