Doritos Casserole

So, I'm usually a healthy eating kinda person, but sometimes you just get a Jones for an 80's recipe from childhood. Is this healthy? No, it's not. But sometimes you're just going to do it anyway, because it tastes pretty damn good.
How is this "elevated"? Because I did not have enough ingredients, so I just started adding other stuff from around the house that will taste good. It's not "elevated" lol- it is using what you have.
Smashed original Nacho cheese Doritos and Jalapeno Kettle chips base, ground beef, white onion, Kinder's Taco Seasoning, Tapatio, diced tomatoes, cheddar cheese.
