Dublin Lawyer (Lobster in Irish Whiskey Cream Sauce)

We saved our favorite Irish recipe for St. Patrick's Day itself! As rich as a Dublin lawyer! Chunks of local fresh-caught lobster tail are cooked with mushrooms and green onions in a flaming Jameson whiskey cream sauce.
Serve with rice (we used lobster stock sushi rice).
