Grilled Parmesan Hen & Salad
Spatchcocked Cornish Hen marinated overnight and glazed in Brandy over charcoal, finished in the oven with a Panko and Parmesan Cheese coating. Olive oil, butter and Balsamic vinegar sauteed mushrooms and Cherry tomatoes, Green onion, fresh Basil, warm fresh Mozzarella balls, served with cold Lemon sauce Arugula greens.
