Hoisin & Yuzu Koshu Short Ribs

Flanken short ribs marinated in a mix of olive oil, Hoisin, and Yuzu Koshu. Grill over medium-high heat until slightly blackened. Serve with a dollop of more Yuzu Kosho for dipping.
