Kashmiri Lamb & Rice Pilaf

Lamb steaks marinated in milk and Kashmiri spices for 28 hours, grilled over Jack Daniel Whiskey Barrel charcoal and served with a baked Rice Pilaf of coconut milk, mango, spices and dried nuts.
