Leftover Cake Bread Pudding

Leftover chocolate cake and strawberry crumbles, cubed Pound cake, blackberries, almonds, Kerrygold butter and a simple heavy cream/sugar pour, baked in the oven.

Serve with a little scoop of Haagen Dazs Vanilla Bean ice cream.
