Meat-Lover Khachapuri

Normally a Georgian style bread dish, but use a chicken boat instead of a bread boat formed with Panko breadcrumbs, cream cheese spices and herbs; wrap on top of phyllo leaves; fill the middle with a good heavy Olive oil, Mozzarella pearls, fresh basil, fresh oregano, fresh mint, a poached egg and black pepper. Whisk cheese and egg in the middle before serving.
