Misoyaki Chicken & Butter Onion Rice

White Miso-Mirin-Sake-Garlic-Smoked Shoyu marinated whole chicken in a pot for a day, then oven roasted on a bed of onions.


Served on top of the oven onions with side of brown rice (prepared in a boiled butter, onion flake, Mirin and fresh ginger broth) and topped with a drizzle of leftover glaze.
