Moroccan Beef Stew

Grilled Rib-eye steak cubes, Beef broth, tomatoes, Tomato paste, Green pepper, Banana pepper, onion, Rosey Harissa, Aleppo, Baharat, Cumin, salt/pepper, Bay leaves, lemon, garlic, Olive oil, butter.


Serve with toasted Lavash bread, raw Red onions in Sumac (and/or a yogurt dip of your choice). Good for a rainy day!
