Peach Phyllo Pie

Organic peaches ripe from a neighbor's tree dusted in sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and flour, then wrapped up in buttered phyllo sheets and curled up into a parcel- bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees and top with vanilla bean ice cream.
