Good on a cloudy-looking Summer night! Red onions, garlic, fresh rosemary, fresh Sweet corn, Polenta, organic milk, chicken broth, Cannellini beans, Cream cheese, Parmesan, salt/pepper and Arugula simmered into soup.
Serve with an Oak-forward Chardonnay.
