Safflower Petal Chicken Breasts

Large bone-in Chicken breasts (skin-on) with a crispy Panko and Safflower Petal coating are roasted low in the oven over a bed of onions and Beef broth.


Serve with room temperature Cannellini beans mixed with the baked onions and leftover broth of the pan; garnish with a dusting of Italian parsley.
