Smoked Turkey Tails slowly oven braised in a white gravy made with Green onions, Leeks, Hatch Chile, Garlic salt, pepper, and a citrusy Mojo Pernil rub. Serve with rice (or mashed potatoes) and Sweet corn soup cornbread.
