Squid stuffed with Italian bread crumbs, dry Parmesan cheese, shredded Italian Cheese mix, capers, leftover squid pieces, and arugula sauteed in white wine; pan browned and then simmered for about 10-15 minutes and then sliced and served in leftover wine and Nasturtium caper sauce with a squeeze of two lemons
