Thai Meatballs & Peanut Butter Ramen
Meatballs made with Pho seasoning mix, green onion, panko, egg, and a dash of sriracha, fried in sesame oil and served over bowls of cold peanut butter noodle ramen salad.
Great for a hot summer dinner!
