Turkish Style Liver & Onions

An acquired taste from Turkey but truly the most delicious treat I've ever had other than pate- fried onions with crispy liver in olive oil and marsala wine on arugula with lemon and sumac (yes I stock this herb and a very specific color one I know is "real"). lol If you hate liver, try mine and you will change your mind.
