So I know about ZERO about German cooking or Oktoberfest cooking but I had all this stuff on hand, and had a hunch it would work. It's vegetarian- if you ignore the Crap ton of Bacon in it! :) Sauteed cut-up bacon, butter, onion slices, thin-sliced cabbage slaw, Caraway seeds, Apple Cider vinegar, Greek yogurt, Cream cheese, Inglehoffer Honey mustard, salt & pepper, wrapped in a log using Pillsbury Hawaiian roll crescent rolls, egg wash & Sesame seed topping. #krautstrudel #
