Bone-in Pork chops baked in Horseradish water, Costco Schnitzel mushroom gravy, dash of Apple Cider vinegar, Olive oil, sauteed dill/butter onions, Fontina cheese top, broiled at the end.
Serve with plain mash or Egg noodles.
