Whole chicken marinated in Stubb's Mesquite BBQ sauce, Teriyaki sauce, Sriracha, ginger and Pineapple juice. Stuffed with pineapple chunks and Green onion, basted and roasted in the oven.
Served with stir-fry toasted coconut Green beans.
