Crock-pot Satay Ribs

Shout-out to my dad back in the day who brought home a real Satay recipe from Balikpapan, so I know what it should taste like. Boneless Country style Pork ribs, browned in Peanut oil and red chili flakes, cooked low in the Crock-pot over a bed of onions, diced tomatoes, organic Peanut butter, garlic, and a jar of Lee Kum Kee Satay sauce. Serve with Indonesian cucumber salad, and reduced sauce to dip. Spice level depends on you.
