Heirloom Tomato & Eggplant Dip

Heirloom tomatoes and Japanese eggplant blistered and roasted with garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. Serve lukewarm with yogurt, parsley and Aleppo pepper topping with rosemary crackers.
