Thin-cut Carne Asada beef marinated overnight in Marsala wine, garlic and Kewpie mayo, rolled and stuffed with sauteed Truffle oil mushrooms, shredded Prosciutto, and fresh herb stuffing, baked in the oven. Served with wilted spinach in salt, butter and lemon; homemade Marsala and cream gravy.
