Miso Panko Fried Cod

Alaskan Cod marinated overnight in Miso soup, dried and dipped in egg, salt, Panko, spray of Avocado oil, chopped parsley and air-fried until lightly browned. Served with a drizzle of Mirin and a Mirin, Mayo and Yuzo Koshu dipping sauce.
