Valdostana & Mary Grace Potatoes

Chicken Valdostana (chicken, butter, Olive oil, salt/pepper, flour, prosciutto, lightly sauteed Tarragon mushrooms, three cheese mix of Fontina, Gruyere, Mozzarella, fresh sage, dried parsley) baked in the oven in a sherry wine sauce.


Serve with Mary Grace potatoes (family friend recipe).
