Nectaplum Bacon & Cheese Tart

You read that right. Thank you to a local friend of a friend for giving us "Nectaplums" from their garden!

Crescent roll dough base, Ricotta cheese whipped with Canadian White Gold honey, topped with fresh Nectaplums, Turkish apricots, Hickory Bacon, fresh sage and Texas honey pecans baked until golden brown. A crack of black pepper on the top wouldn't hurt.
