Thin Flap Steak marinated in Proper 12 Whiskey, a dash of Sherry, garlic, soy, Worcestershire sauce, stone ground mustard, Corned Beef broth, Olive oil, Black pepper, fresh rosemary. Smoked and grilled over Hickory and Jealous Devil Onyx charcoal.

Serve small with mashed potatoes, dried Chives and Corned Beef gravy.
