SD Jam Sea Bass

It's a Cali kind of dish! Thank you to our neighbor, who gave us a local homemade Dragonfruit (plus a mystery fruit that tastes like Blood Orange) jam!


Chilean Sea Bass topped with salt, pepper, thin cabbage and red onion broiled in the oven, fresh Nasturtium leaves/Seaglass Sauvignon Blanc wine green wraps,SD jam glaze.
